So, what’s all this about being serious?  It’s how you can tell if I’m the professional you need to assist you with your next real estate transaction – residential or commercial – because I’m dead serious about Houston real estate.

You’ll Get the Real Truth – I’m committed to looking out for your best interests.  If a property isn’t in good condition, I will share that with you, even if the property seems to be the perfect answer to your needs.

You’ll Get Insight From an Experienced Real Estate Investor -  I’ve always enjoyed buying, fixing and selling real estate.  I’m not a real estate inspector, but I know what to look for to determine if a property is structurally sound.  So, whether you’re investing, buying your next home, or looking for commercial locations for your company, you’ll get the advantage of my years of experience and intimate knowledge of the real estate market in north Houston.

If You’re Buying – You’ll be represented by someone who will make sure you get the most for your investment.

  • We’ll carefully define your requirements to identify needs and wants.
  • If you’re a first-time buyer, or haven’t been through the real estate transaction process lately, we’ll go step by step so you’re always comfortable with the process.
  • You’ll use time saving technology.  I’ll set up a website just for you.  On that site, you’ll see properties as soon as they are listed, and you’ll save properties in folders so that you can revisit those you’re interested in and ignore the rest.
  • You’ll maintain a strong negotiating position.  I do the research we’ll need to negotiate effectively.  And, I don’t mean just looking at the listing ticket.  I mean research - such as accessing courthouse records, finding out what the current owners paid for the property, whether a divorce or business liquidation is involved, and any other information that will let us determine the most effective bargaining position.
  • You’ll have access to a list of the best professionals to assist you.  The lenders, appraisers and others on my list aren’t my best friends.  My list is monitored by my clients.  If any vendor on the list falls down in the level of service they provide, they’re just removed from the list.
  • You’ll get support until the close of the deal – and beyond.  I go to great lengths to make sure your transaction gets to the closing table.  Don’t be surprised if you find me crawling under your property to check out something mentioned in an inspection!
  • In addition to everything mentioned above, if you’re buying commercial property, you know the northwest sector of Houston is a hot area.  We’ll work together to do acquisitions or developments, and I’ll be able to assist you in putting together financials to get the financing you need.

If You’re Selling – You’ll be working with someone who will attack the issue of selling your property with enthusiasm and skill.

  • Your property will get wide exposure on the Internet.  Your property will be promoted through my syndication partners to over 300 Internet destinations.
  • You’ll get professional marketing tools.  A professional photographer will take photos that accurately represent and highlight your property.  Upscale presentation folders and virtual tours are all part of the package.  Often, you’ll find that I will spend the money, time and effort to market your home that others don’t.
  • You’ll get my “leave no stone unturned” approach that will make a difference when you’re selling property.  Don’t be surprised if I end up stopping by to do some repairs or updates that will make your property more desirable in the marketplace.
